I created a standard control plan for the Global Supply Engineering PPAP with focus on accessibility to employees who had little knowledge of the PCBA process. The control plan included Bose preferred processes for PCBA manufacturing that employees could easily reference during the audit/approval process.

I led weekly meetings and learned about PCBA processes, I worked with PCBA experts to improve my understanding of what could be improved, and I worked with a mentor to make sure the project was accomplishing the intended goal. At the end of my co-op, I presented the project and the new plan that I created. The document was included in the internal database for employees to access.
